Built with: Python, Google Sheets, CSV and Excel, web apps, and AI that runs locally where it actually helps. If your tool has an export or an API, it can usually be connected. We check whether yours can in the first call.

You get the tool, the code and a short guide in plain language. Any further work only happens if you ask for it.
You own everything. Tools run on your computer or in your own accounts. If we stop working together, everything keeps working and you can change it yourself or with anyone else.

Every job is different, so there's no price list. Instead you get a clear offer before anything starts.

I don't promise savings up front. How much time a tool saves only shows once it runs on your real work. If any external services cost money, that goes in the offer too. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

Who you work with
I'm Aljoscha Schunter. Layerwise Labs is my studio in Novi Sad, Serbia. I've been self-employed for over eight years, first in Germany and since 2021 with my own company in Serbia, building tools and automations for several long-term clients, with AI as a fixed part of the work for the past few years. I work fully online, in English and German, and with my wife at my side in Serbian too.
How I work: first I want to understand how you work and where exactly you get stuck. Then I build the smallest step that solves the problem, rather than a big solution nobody needs. You get a tool you can run and understand yourself, at a price fixed in writing beforehand.
It all started with tools for myself, because mindless manual work on a computer annoys me. The best moment is still the same: when a tool does in seconds what used to take a whole afternoon.
If something isn't worth automating, I'll tell you openly, even if it means no job for me. I'd rather have a client who comes back than a job that helps nobody.
Questions
How much time will this save me?
I won't promise a number before I've seen your work. In the first call we look at how long the step takes today. Once the tool runs, you can see for yourself what it saves.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. Most tools work with the exports, spreadsheets and files you already have. If anything extra is needed, you know before you agree to a price.
What happens if something breaks?
The tools show a clear message instead of quietly failing, and the guide explains what to check. If something changes later, for example a new export format, I can update the tool for you.
Is my data safe?
Where possible, tools run on your own computer, so files and recordings never leave it. Access to your accounts is only needed during the build and can be removed right after handover.
I am not technical. Is that a problem?
No. You describe how you work today and show me an example. The guide you get at the end is written in plain language.
Which step do you repeat every week?
Write two or three sentences: what comes in, what you need at the end, and where the manual work is. You get an answer within two working days.
